Children of Addicted Parents and People

so my mother has been in and out of people's homes and rehab for the last 6 years.
through out those years i some what trained my self not to dwell about her situation
everyday, and what sort of situation it puts ME in in life.
now she is in a program called "welcome house". im glad she is there because im finally
assured she is safe and i don't have to go to sleep asking god if she's dead or alive out there.
she's completed a 6 month program a few months ago but of course as soon as she walked
out of the door and was free she got right back into the drug scene.
i honestly believe that BECAUSE she had a choice to either go to prison
for a year an a half or complete the 6 month program at salvation army,
she choice the program an just went through with it and truly never really
thought about starting her life over and getting better, she probably just
went through with it an then when it was done an over with she went back
without a care.
